IDM Rewards
IDM Rewards™ is a customer appreciation program that rewards loyal account holding clients.
We greatly appreciate our loyal clients, and this is our way of thanking them!
How it works
For each month a client spends over $200 for print services and products in a single month, a rebate for in-store purchases of up to 10% of total sales will be issued at the end of the following month. Rebates are capped at a $100 maximum. Rebates are sent by classic mail.
How to participate
If you already have an account with us, you are already participating! If you wish to open an account with IDM Print, we only require a little information about your company. We do not require credit checks and we keep the process simple and easy.

Opening an account
Simply call, email or swing by our shop. We will need the following information:
- Contact Person(s)
- Company Name
- Billing Address
- Office Phone
- Secondary Phone
- Fax Number
- 1 Email Address
Additional Policies
- Currently, only print related services and products are included in determining rebate amounts. However, rewards can go towards web and marketing services.
- Outsourced items are not eligible for rebates.
- Supplies, stamps and shipping fees are not eligible for rebates.
- IDM Print reserves the right to lower, increase or remove rebate amounts from any type of service or product at any time.
- Only accounts in good standing will be granted rebates.
